BURGUNDY, FRANCE

Probably reppresents the most ancient definition of terroir.
Our journey may take you to Côte d’Or, Côte Chalonnaise or Beaujolais
depending on your curiosity.

The smell of the Atlantic Ocean can be found in culinary specialities and great wines.
A rural panorama unexpectedly interrupted by white and fortified citadels in a romatic contrast

A unique dynamic between a patchwork of soils, laying over the Jura calcareours bedrock,
combined with an oxydative style of vinification with native grapes such as Savagnin, Ploussard and Trousseau.

hovering around the gentle slopes of the Langhe, right through the Monferrato and Alessandria.

The calcareous heart of Valais, Saillon – Sierre, with its countless terrasses of vines,
witness to the titanic human effort and the importance of wine production in the local culture.

420ha, not even a tenth of the surface of vines planted in Switzerland.
A picturesque panorama warmed by the Foehn till late automn,
where Pinot Noir reveales its generous and racy character at its best.

A distinctive terroir marked by the presence of Mediterranean grapes,
